Watchdog support was added to the timer block with Tegra30. Tegra20 did
not have this yet. However, the Tegra114 and Tegra124 DTSI files had an
entry in the compatible string list for "nvidia,tegra20-timer", but not
for "nvidia,tegra30-timer", which is why watchdog support isn't enabled
on them.
Fix this by adding an entry for "nvidia,tegra30-timer" to the compatible
string list of the timer block on Tegra114 and Tegra124.
This allows the watchdog to work on Jetson TK1.

This patch enables the APB DMA high speed UARTs of the Jetson TK1. So
far, they were only enabled in NVidia's official BSP.
Those additional UARTs are exposed on the expansion connector J3A2:

The comment about the 8250 vs. APB DMA-enabled UART devices that was
added for Tegra20 and Tegra30 in commit b6551bb933f9 ("ARM: tegra: dts:
add aliases and DMA requestor for serial controller") introduced a typo
that has since spread to various other DTS include files. Fix all
occurrences of this typo.

KASAN needs to know whether the allocation happens in an IRQ handler.
This lets us strip everything below the IRQ entry point to reduce the
number of unique stack traces needed to be stored.
Move the definition of __irq_entry to <linux/interrupt.h> so that the
users don't need to pull in <linux/ftrace.h>. Also introduce the
__softirq_entry macro which is similar to __irq_entry, but puts the
corresponding functions to the .softirqentry.text section.

The s3c2410 is allowing board data to overload the default ECC layout
defined inside the driver, but this feature is not used by board
specific definitions.
Kill this field so that we can easily move to a model where ecclayout
are dynamically allocated by the NAND controller driver.

During the review process of the UniPhier System Bus driver
(drivers/bus/uniphier.c), the current binding of the System Bus
Controller turned out to be no good. In order to make the driver
really usable, we have to switch over to the new binding defined by
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/bus/uniphier-system-bus.txt.
The old binding will be still supported for a while to keep the
backward compatibility.

The polarity of the gpio buttons is defined to '0' which is
active high. The buttons are active low though which has been verified by
testing it and by looking into the schematics. While at it use
defines rathers than numbers for the key codes.

The backlinks are already there since commit 4520e69238b3 ("ARM: dts:
imx6qdl: Add IPU DI ports and endpoints, move imx-drm node to dtsi")
and were moved by commit 70c2652c6c5b ("ARM: dts: imx6qdl: Move existing
MIPI DSI ports into a new 'ports' node"), but the links from IPU2 DI0/1
to the MIPI DSI mux are missing. Fix this.

For imx25, it needs three clocks to let the controller work,
the old code is wrong, and usbmisc has not included clock

Since PWMs are only useful if they are actually connected to an output pin,
let users enable them explicitly in their device trees where they should
also set up the pin configuration. This is in sync with a recent change
(commit e2675266b39b "ARM: dts: imx6qdl: disable PWMs by default")
to other i.MX SoCs.
