This is a data-files backport only branch for convenience of those not
being able to update to 2.0 with the soname bump. So the git log has the
list of devices updated, no point having to write this twice.

This devices is used in the Thinkpad Yoga 260, together with an Elan
touchscreen, see
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/libinput/libinput/-/issues/690
Since we don't yet have a PairedID entry for this device, let's add one
now - shouldn't hurt on the original device(s) with the EC tablet.

This matches up with Wacom's own marketing for the product, which explictly
refers to the device as the "Pro Pen 2".

This device is a hardware refresh of the previous Cintiq Pro 16 (DTH-1620).
Most notably, it replaces its 5 softkeys with 8 ExpressKeys and 1 hardware
touch switch.

data: add support for ISDV4-523e (Yoga 9I 14ITL5)
Same as the existing 523a but with a different PID. Different PID could be between the HD and 4K display variants? 523e was found on my 4k model.

libwacom's documentation is based on doxygen and thus designed to be
consumed online - we now have this in github pages. So let's disable the
documentation build by default.

Non-Wacom devices often have a Keyboard device node for the pad instead
of a real pad node. The same devices often share the USB IDs so the
keyboards get caught up by the main tablet rule. Assigning
ID_INPUT_TABLET to a keyboard means libinput won't load them because
they don't look like a keyboard.
Fix this with a non-wacom catchall rule: any device node ending in
Keyboard has ID_INPUT_TABLET removed again.

We split the documentation into context (+error handling), devices and
styli, let's assign each API to one of those groups.

Same USB ID and name as the Huion Kamvas Pro 13 added in
43acb1f7abe8c3a9595c708918ae6e9f0e1e51a1 but since the Kamvas Pro has more
information and needs the SVG plus button count, let's drop this file here.
This means the Gaomon will show up as Kamvas now with buttons that can't be
mapped but until someone convinces HUION to not re-use USB IDs that's
unavoidable.
