1. Installation
-----------------
1. Place rxspencer.dll and pcre.dll somewhere on Windows PATH
(e.g. in the directory where lua.exe resides).
2. Place rex_spencer.dll and rex_pcre.dll somewhere on LUA_CPATH
or package.cpath.
2. Versions

The included binary files correspond to the following packages:
