man: typography fixes
Correcting some usage of Bold and Italics (files).
Adding some missing SEE ALSO.
Fixing missed replaceable paths that are configurable.
Be careful about .P in .TP sections - need to use .sp for space line.
Use .UR/.UE for URL references.
