Fix 'make distcheck' issues.
* bootstrap: Add more files that might be more up-to-date in
gnulib.
* Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): No longer distribute removed diff.
* config/m4/gnulib-cache.m4: Update to latest gnulib.
