Fix for Bug#57094 (Copyright notice incorrect?).
The fix is to:
- introduce ORACLE_WELCOME_COPYRIGHT_NOTICE define to have a single place
to specify copyright notice;
- replace custom copyright notices with ORACLE_WELCOME_COPYRIGHT_NOTICE
in programs.
