MENT-606 Error while setting value 'aes_ctr' to 'file-key-management-encryption-algorithm'
cmake cannot detect openssl headers on Mac during checks.
the solution is to add path to openssl includes to
CMAKE_REQUIRED_INCLUDES before checks.
