MDEV-17721: Corrupted data dictionary after instant DROP COLUMN
dict_index_t::clear_instant_alter(): Correctly move all fields
corresponding to instantly dropped columns to the end of the array.
This fixes a regression that was introduced in
commit 5aaee3746e85788475edfc0768510b937443955a.
