MDEV-34 delete storage/ndb and sql/*ndb* (and collateral changes)
remove:
* NDB from everywhere
* IM from mtr-v1
* packaging/rpm-oel and packaging/rpm-uln
* few unused spec files
* plug.in file
* .bzrignore
