Rewrite IGNORE handling:
- Instead of supressing all errors, only suppress safe ones like:
ER_DUP_KEY, ER_BAD_NULL_ERROR, ER_SUBQUERY_NO_1_ROW, ER_ROW_IS_REFERENCED_2
