STATEMENTS
When logging to the binary log in row, updates and deletes to a BLACKHOLE
engine table are skipped.
It is impossible to log binary log in row format for updates and deletes to
a BLACKHOLE engine table, as no row events can be generated in these cases.
After fix, generate a warning for UPDATE/DELETE statements that modify a
BLACKHOLE table, as row events are not logged in row format.

The autotools-based build system has been superseded and
is being removed in order to ease the maintenance burden on
developers tweaking and maintaining the build system.
In order to support tools that need to extract the server
version, a new file that (only) contains the server version,
called VERSION, is introduced. The file contents are human
and machine-readable. The format is:
MYSQL_VERSION_MAJOR=5
MYSQL_VERSION_MINOR=5
MYSQL_VERSION_PATCH=8
MYSQL_VERSION_EXTRA=-rc
The CMake based version extraction in cmake/mysql_version.cmake
is changed to extract the version from this file. The configure
to CMake wrapper is retained for backwards compatibility and to
support the BUILD/ scripts. Also, a new a makefile target
show-dist-name that prints the server version is introduced.

removing my old idea of disabling transactionality in CREATE SELECT:
1) it caused bugs because re-enabling (ha_enable_transaction()) causes implicit commit, so in complex cases
like "CREATE SELECT some_func())", where some_func() would want to insert two rows in another table, and fail on the second row, the implicit commit would commit the inserted row, while it should roll back.
2) it's not needed anymore, because CREATE SELECT uses bulk insert, and Maria has transactionality disabled by
bulk insert.

Repair of BLOCK format rows is for now only done with 'maria_repair()' (= repair through key cache)
The new logic to repair rows with BLOCK format is:

- Reset all statistic information in new handler
- Copy all data to new handler with normal write operations
- Move state of new handler to old handler
