Nuke the old version, copy one from gcalctool that uses gnome-autogen.sh.

* autogen.sh: Nuke the old version, copy one from gcalctool that
uses gnome-autogen.sh. Seems to fix the
translations-aren't-included-in-the-tarball problem. Fix from
Rodney in IRC.
