Bug 481580: Assemble assembly language files with -x assembler-with-cpp.NSPR_HEAD_20090501
This flag is apparently used implicitly by Apple GCC, but is necessary when using standard GCC to assemble os_Darwin.s. r=ted.mielczarek.
