Don't rely on canonical hostnames for CRD
Using the new URL CRD syntax, check for both the canonical hostname
as well as the server name. In OpenStack's case, canonical is
git.openstack.org, while server is review.openstack.org. The latter
is what we actually want to use in CRD footers.
