Update Archive-Tar to CPAN version 1.82
[DELTA]
* important changes in version 1.82 21/11/2011 (CDRAKE)
- Adjustments to handle files >8gb (>0777777777777 octal)
- Feature to return the MD5SUM of files in the archive
