Introduce d_u32align / U32_REQUIRES_ALIGNMENT, needed for
ext/Digest/MD5/Makefile.PL and t/lib/md5-align.t.
Introduce probes for struct msghdr, struct cmsghdr,
sendmsg, recvmsg, readv, writev, setitimer, getitimer,
ualarm, usleep, for possible later extension work.
