Revert "Documentation tweaks to Text::Tabs"
This change was reported upstream in <https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=56699>.
Committing it directly to blead was a mistake.
This reverts commit f6e2320c520b8d610a864cd42aece1f0df2db895.
