[PATCH] update perlfaq to version 5.021009
5.021009 20152015-01-25 22:36:24Z
* many updates to vendor and tool details in perlfaq3 (Michiel Beijen)
* distribution version bumped to match the first blead version it will be
included in (5.021009)
