Change from running these commands:

# new (and old) tests and scripts must be executable
touch t/op/cmp.t t/op/universal.t pod/rofftoc
chmod +x t/op/cmp.t t/op/universal.t pod/rofftoc pod/roffitall
# ready to patch
exit 0
