pp.h: Remove SETsv and SETsvUN
With commit 6f1401dc2a, most of the old overload macros stopped being
used. d4f7673c78 removed them. SETsv and SETsvUN were only used
by the removed macros, and are now completetly unused in core
and on CPAN.
