regcomp.sym: Add new node types POSIXA and NPOSIXA
These will be used to handle things like /[[:word:]]/a. This patch
doesn't add the code to actually use these. That will be done in a
future patch.
Also, placeholders POSIXD, POSIXL, and POSIXU are also added for future
use.
