Change CONTEXT to PERL_CONTEXT throughout source (since the #define

to avoid the Digital UNIX clash no longer works). Changed the #ifdef
in pp_sys.c for whether getnet* function get protoyped (since the
default had a broken prototype for getnetbyaddr).
