5.003_07 is available

I have made the patch perl5.003_07.pat.gz available at

and the full 5.003_07 tar file available at

<http://www.lafayette.edu/~doughera/doughera/perl/perl5.003_07.tar.gz>

I'll enter it into __PAUSE__ tomorrow -- I've got to run now.

This patch ties up most of the major loose ends in 5.003_06.  For the
most part, I only applied patches that looked quite safe, applied
cleanly, and worked without fiddling on my part.  Doubtless there are
other things missing, but this seemed as good a place to stop as any.
If you have questions about individual patches, feel free to ask.

As usual, the details are in the patch itself and in the Changes file.

It is my intention that 5.003_07 be stable enough to merit serious
testing.
