Removing ext/ereg and dependencies
Affected extensions:
- opcache (use pcre)
- mbstring (removed ereg functions overloading)
- pgsql (use pcre)
- reflection (test cases using 'ereg')
SAPI:
- apache (header only)
- apache_hooks (header only)
