- Standardize function to accept either $obj->foo or domxml_foo($obj)
where they should.
- Use xml*Len functions where available.
- Workaround in set_content() to prevent crash.
- Cleaned up php_xpathptr_eval().
- Added NO_ARGS check where missing; moved check for $this always
before arg parsing.
