+First, prepare for the source of Ruby.

+A. Unix or Cygwin platform
+B. Win32 platform (VC++)

+ (in oniguruma directory)
+ 1. ./configure --with-rubydir=<ruby-source-dir>
+ 2. make 16 # for Ruby 1.6.8
+ or
+ make 18 # for Ruby 1.8.0
+
+ Or you can specify ruby source directory.
+ (ex. make 16 RUBYDIR=../ruby)
+
+ (in ruby source directory)
+ 3. ./configure (** If it doesn't go yet. **)
+ 4. make clean
+ 5. make
