The warning when the now useless old pylint cache directory (pylint.d) was
found was removed. The cache dir is documented in
[the FAQ](https://pylint.readthedocs.io/en/latest/faq.html#where-is-the-persistent-data-stored-to-compare-between-successive-runs).
