Subject: * Asyncore and asyncio-based APIs reworked to become functions. *
 Asyncio and Twisted API moved entirely into high-level domain to   be aligned
 with other high-level APIs. This WILL BREAK backward   compatibility for
 those apps that use Twisted API.
