Fix for the problem with a test to verify that messages going to the store
have the same headers and content-size for an updatee or a broker that
receives the publish directly.

 - Improved debug logging for consumers.
 - Cluster tests scripts work with latest corosync: don't check/set ais group.

Logging improvements, useful for debugging:
 - qpid/SessionState.cpp: show frame bodies with command IDs.
 - assign cluster-wide id number to each Event.
