* src/tests/ais_check, cluster.mk: Run AIS tests only if:

	 - CLUSTER makefile conditional set by configure.
	 - Effective gid == ais
	 - aisexec is running
	Otherwise print a warning. 

	* src/tests/EventChannelConnectionTest.cpp
	* src/qpid/cluster/doxygen_overview.h
	Removed unused files.
