src/tests/perfdist: Use ssh to run distributed perftest.
./perfdist for usage.
src/tests/perftest.cpp:
--summary gives one-line report, can cut/paste into spreadsheet for multiple runs.
--purge as initial clean-up step for distributed tests (see perfdist)
