Reimplement qSwap and Q_DECLARE_SHARED differently.
This enables the use of Q_DECLARE_SHARED with d-pointers that are
QExplicitlySharedDataPointer<PrivateClass>.
Also, this enables swapping atomically QSharedPointers.
