Remove 'Open Source Licensing of Qt' page
The page is outdated:
* It states that all of Qt is LGPLv3, while we have now GPLv3 modules
* Reference to "Qt Open Source Edition", a term we're not using anymore
Furthermore, it seems no other page is referencing it. There is also quite
some overlap with 'Qt Licensing' page, so I think it's easiest to just remove
it.
