Doc: Update supported platforms information for Qt 5.8

    - Drop macOS 10.8, add 10.12
    - Replace openSUSE 13.1 with openSUSE 42.1
    - Add RHEL 7.2
    - Update iOS minimum requirement from 6 to 7

Also,
    - Remove Qt 5.3 from the list (support end-of-life reached).
    - Fix supported compilers on Windows 10 for Qt 5.7
