Subject: Remove unneeded CMake variable assignments

Remove assignments to the transitionary variables
QT_NO_INTERNAL_COMPATIBILITY_FUNCTIONS and
QT_USE_FIXED_QT_ADD_RESOURCE_BASE.
Both are not needed anymore.
