The commercial license header may contain some additional lines so that its line count equals with the earlier license header. Reason for this is that some autotests use hard coded line numbers and a change in the line count causes failures in tests. This finaly ties together how to use QWaylandQuickItems with different shells It was required to decouple QWaylandView from the QWaylandQuickItem since QML doesn't play to well with muliple inheritance. The QWaylandQuickItem can be retrieved from the QWaylandView which is now conveniently a QObject. Also the QWaylandQuickItem owns the QWaylandView.
