The windows_printer_port resource offers a number of options for
creating an advanced printer port. Let users create a printer that
attaches to a port.
This also properly builds current_resource and nukes the terrible
printer_exists?

Handle source_line being nil gracefully
|

| | |
When a resource is marked sensitive, the source_line is nil and you can't gsub on it. So if a sensitive resource is slow, it should not crash the SlowReport because it has no source_line.

This is useful for internal use when we are in a class context or
whenever we are before load_node/build_node.
It might also be useful for users to gate requires that are
macos-specific for macos only gems, or something like that.

Support attribute block/allow list in data collector

| | |
This uses the newly exposed Chef::Node#data_for_save
to ensure that the data we're submitting to data collector
has allow/block rules applied, the same way that we do
for node.save.

This will provide callers (such as event dispatch handlers)
with a means to capture node data that has been filtered based
on attribute whitelist/blacklist rules.

This adds a new AttributeWhitelistConfiguration deprecation
so that we don't report use of whitelist as blacklist.
