tee: use print_fields.h helpers
* src/tee.c (tee_print_param_fn): Use PRINT_VAL_U and PRINT_VAL_X.
(tee_version, tee_open_session, tee_invoke, tee_cancel,
tee_close_session, tee_suppl_recv, tee_suppl_send, tee_shm_alloc,
tee_shm_register_fd, tee_shm_register): Use tprint_arg_next.
