futex_waitv: implement decoding of struct futex_waitv array
* bundled/linux/include/uapi/linux/futex.h: New file, imported from
headers_install'ed Linux kernel v5.16-rc8.
* bundled/Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Add it.
* src/xlat/futex_waiter_flags.in: New file.
* src/futex_waitv.c: Include <linux/futex.h> and
"xlat/futex_waiter_flags.h".
(print_waiter_data): New struct.
(print_waiter, print_waiter_array): New functions.
(SYS_FUNC(futex_waitv)): Use print_waiter_array to print the first
argument of futex_waitv syscall.
* NEWS: Mention this change.
