<p>This template outputs topic links for a page or section. It does not extract the links itself. They must be passed in with the <code style="xslt-param">links</code> parameter. This template only outputs links which have a group that matches <code style="xslt-param">groups</code>. The <code style="xslt-param">groups</code> parameter is not expected to have the implicit groups <code>first</code>, <code>default</code>, and <code>last</code>. These are added automatically by this template when determining which links to output.</p>
