lorrycontroller: Explicitly list all names to be re-exported
pyflakes isn't able to recognise that:
__all__ = locals()
effectively uses all the imported names. Replace this with an
explicit list of names.
Running pyflakes in CI should ensure that the list doesn't get
out of sync.
