        * ace/Default_Constants.h:
          Added ACE_DEFAULT_SERVICE_GESTALT_SIZE which defaults to 1024

        * ace/Service_Gestalt.cpp:
          Doxygen changes

        * ace/Service_Gestalt.h:
          Use ACE_DEFAULT_SERVICE_GESTALT_SIZE instead of the hardcoded
          default of 1024. Also made some doxygen changes
