* bin/autoscan.in (subdirs): New global.
(scan_file): Prune directories with configure{,.{ac,in,gnu}}.
(output): Emit AC_CONFIG_SUBDIRS as needed.
* tests/autoscan.at (autoscan): Remove XFAIL.
