doc: %reldir% and %canon_reldir% do not expand to the empty string.

This change fixes https://bugs.gnu.org/52500.

* doc/automake.texi (Include): correct wrong text.
(Along the way, correct plain-text "Makefile" to "@file{Makefile}".)
