manual: mention LT_INIT
The AC_PROG_LIBTOOL macro name is the old/deprecated one, so include
LT_INIT here too to avoid confusing people who have switched.
* doc/automake.texi: Add LT_INIT after AC_PROG_LIBTOOL.
