Fix a typo in comment in NT_MAKEFILE
* NT_MAKEFILE (gctest.exe): Fix typo ("application") in comment.
* NT_STATIC_THREADS_MAKEFILE (gctest.exe): Likewise.
* NT_X64_STATIC_THREADS_MAKEFILE (gctest.exe): Likewise.
