Always print error details message when gctest fails
* tests/gctest.c (run_one_test): Add GC_printf() call (with the error
details) before FAIL where missing.
* tests/gctest.c [GC_WIN32_THREADS && !GC_PTHREADS && MSWINCE]
(thr_window, WinMain): Likewise.
* tests/gctest.c [GC_PTHREADS] (main): Likewise.
