Revert "Check real-symbols are already initialized in pthread_join/detach"
This reverts commit 83a945f9dc92cc180ba85927550b99ff68911758.
The reason: pthread_join() and pthread_detach() could be called from
the main thread even before pthread_create() is called (at least
theoretically).
