* configure: Regenerate.
* config/tc-hppa.h: Also define WARN_COMMENTS if TE_NetBSD.

* Makefile.am (ALL_EMULATIONS): Add ehppanbsd.o.
(ehppanbsd.c): New rule.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* configure.tgt (hppa*-*-netbsd*): New target.
* emulparams/hppalinux.sh: Add comment to check other files
that source this file it is modified, and list which
files that do.
* emulparams/hppanbsd.sh: New file.
