(ELF_COMMONPAGESIZE): Define in a more obvious way. [ ld/ChangeLog ] * emulparams/elf64bmip.sh, emulparams/elf64btsmip.sh (COMMONPAGESIZE): Define. [ ld/testsuite/ChangeLog ] * ld-mips-elf/multi-got-no-shared.d: Adjust for recent change of ELF_MAXPAGESIZE.
